Starting Client Achmea

We are thrilled to have agreed with the management of Achmea's Klant Contact Services a 6 months pilot programme running at their offices in Utrecht and Zoetermeer. 

Klant Contact Services is a call centre dedicated to employee happiness because they believe happy employees make happy customers. Starting in January 2016 our team will run a full Emotome programme with all their co-workers. This will allow us to further optimise and develop our software-as-a-services and develop the training toolkit in practice. Lastly it will provide us with heaps of happiness data to finetune our algorithm. Keeps up busy!
